Hammerstone

Solutions with Impact.

Hammerstone is an Australian, veteran-owned technology, engineering and sustainment company that designs, delivers and supports smart logistics solutions for complex and remote operations.

They combine operational experience, systems engineering and digital platforms to make logistics visible, reliable and deployable, helping Defence, government and industry plan, operate and sustain capability with confidence.

What Hammerstone Does

Unlike firms focused solely on software or prediction, Hammerstone delivers end-to-end outcomes: integrating digital logistics platforms, autonomous and deployable systems, and through-life support to reduce logistics burden, improve readiness and enable sustained operations in challenging environments.

The Hammerstone team brings together engineers, program managers, ILS practitioners and veteran staff, working to rigorous delivery frameworks built on deep experience across complex government and industry programs. They understand how large organisations receive and sustain capability, and structure their delivery accordingly. They do not hand off at the hard part.

Hammerstone design, build, qualify and support through the operational life of what we deliver. Their specialists are also available to augment and support existing programs, bringing the same depth of technical and program management experience to customers who need additional capacity or expertise at any point in the delivery lifecycle. That capability applies wherever the operating environment is remote, connectivity is unreliable and the cost of bad data is high. Defence, mining, oil and gas, and heavy industry all share that problem.

Our solutions are proven in real-world use, designed for constrained, contested and infrastructure-limited conditions, and built to perform across the full lifecycle, from concept and deployment through sustainment and continuous improvement.

What is Sense & Respond Logistics?

Hammerstone Leads in Sense & Respond Logistics

Hammerstone leads in Sense and Respond Logistics by delivering what most organisations only describe: a practical operating model that works from edge to enterprise. Built for remote, contested and low-connectivity conditions.

What is readyfleet™?

ReadyFleet™ — The Digital Platform at the Centre of the Hammerstone Ecosystem.

ReadyFleet™ is Hammerstone’s flagship data fusion and analytics platform. It ingests logistics and sustainment data from the edge — asset condition, usage, location, movement and identity — and delivers it as structured intelligence to the command, analytics and enterprise systems that act on it. ReadyFleet™ is how Sense and Respond Logistics is delivered in practice: a single integration layer that connects Hammerstone’s edge data generation to Battle Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning

frequently asked questions

What does Hammerstone do?

Hammerstone builds the systems that generate logistics and sustainment data — from asset identity and condition monitoring at the edge, through to the integration layers that deliver that data to command platforms, analytics systems and enterprise software. We are the data generation layer that makes platforms like SAP & SitaWare  work in logistics. Our flagship platform is ReadyFleet™.

Hammerstone’s ReadyFleet™ fuses and analyses data from the tactical edge to the strategic enterprise to deliver a trusted view of the location and condition of equipment, stores, and personnel. It integrates with SAP, BMS, and edge sensors, including vehicle HUMS and ITV systems, to provide a unified logistics COP. ReadyFleet™ is vendor and sensor agnostic, runs in cloud or deployed containers, includes a lightweight application to run on edge compute devices, and synchronises across disconnected networks when communications return.

Sense and Respond Logistics is a modern approach to logistics that uses real-time data to anticipate problems and act early, before issues impact operations. Instead of relying on fixed plans and delayed reports, it continuously monitors asset condition, location and demand. Hammerstone delivers this.
